Steve Kelly

Steve is a proven professional who can guide entrepreneurs to excel in sales, sales management and leadership.

Steve started his career as a Mechanical Engineer working for the Department of the Navy. After finishing his MBA, Steve began his sales career as a sales engineer working with a variety of large industrial customers. As his career moved forward, he gained additional success in sales working with distribution partners and helping customers in a wide range of industries find solutions to their business problems.

His sales management, training and marketing expertise continued to grow as he helped several companies successfully launch new service business initiatives, adding service sales to his marketing and sales training capabilities.

To follow his passion for helping businesses and developing people, Steve started ExSELLyst and opened his Sandler Training Center in the Greater Pittsburgh area. ExSELLyst focuses on sales management and leadership coaching, which helps clients be more optimistic, confident, and disciplined in their sales behaviors, attitudes, and techniques.
