Catapult Business Incubator

Through the Catapult Business Incubator Program, Paramount Pursuits works with entrepreneurs to create and grow their businesses. In addition to assisting start-up businesses, Paramount also helps existing businesses that are either struggling looking to grow.

Catapult Business Incubator Program was designed to help you in a one-on-one setting. This allows the business owner to set their own pace for the program.

 

The Catapult Business Incubator Program includes:

Educational Opportunities. Seminars and workshops on important topics for business owners. (Two classes per month).

Technical Assistance. Whether you need guidance creating a business plan, developing a marketing plan, or planning business strategy, Paramount Pursuits is here to help. Every business is different. We take the time to learn about your goals and challenges and devise a plan to help you achieve success.

Connections. We spend time building relationships! Paramount Pursuits has connections with lenders, banks, financial advisors, accountants, lawyers, printers, graphic designers and many other professionals willing to assist you in your journey. There’s no reason to go it alone! You have all these connections available to you.

Mentoring. Mentoring has proven to be a huge asset for small business owners. About 70% of mentored businesses survive more than five years, which is double the rate for non-mentored small businesses. Our one-on-one mentoring program pairs new entrepreneurs with experienced business owners and professionals for ongoing advice and support. Our Catapult members can meet with their mentor twice a month.

Networking Events. Join us once a quarter for a networking event to meet other entrepreneurs and professionals in the community. This is a great opportunity to mingle in a casual environment!

 

The Catapult program is supported by Circles Greater Pittsburgh, East Liberty Development Inc., the Urban Redevelopment Authority and Neighborhood Allies. Paramount Pursuits developed the educational content for Catapult and provides mentors and technical assistance for the program.
