In collaboration with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), Paramount Pursuits is launching Thrive in Pittsburgh, a 12-month business incubation program that is essential for entrepreneurs looking to start a business or grow an existing business. Our one-on-one mentoring sessions, educational seminars, networking events, and strategic partnerships are designed to help you achieve success in building a strong business.
Eligible businesses must be located in the following URA's Avenue of Hope corridors:
Chartiers Avenue (Elliott, Sheraden, Windgap, Chartiers City) - MAP
Warrington Avenue/Brownsville Road (Knoxville, Mt. Oliver, Beltzhoover, Allentown) - MAP

In collaboration with the City of Steubenville, Paramount Pursuits is launching Thrive in Steubenville, a Business Assistance Program that is essential for entrepreneurs looking to start a business or for existing businesses looking to grow and overcome COVID-19-related challenges. Our one-on-one mentoring sessions, educational seminars, networking events, and strategic partnerships are designed to help you succeed in building a strong business.
The Pre-Application should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete and will help us understand if you qualify for our Business Assistance Program. Whether you do or do not qualify for our program, you will be notified within 2 business days. The next step will be a full application or a referral to another organization that may be able to help you.
