Ja'Leesa believes entrepreneurship is about more than building a business. It's about creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and helping people discover what's possible. As an entrepreneur, educator, and business mentor, she combines real-world business experience with a people-first approach to help entrepreneurs move from ideas to action.

A graduate of Paramount Pursuits' Thrive in Erie cohort, Ja'Leesa understands the entrepreneurial journey firsthand. She holds a BA in Social Work and has completed graduate studies in Organizational Leadership, a background she draws on to mentor clients through their own challenges. She helps business owners solve problems, connect with resources, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for sustainable growth.

Ja'Leesa was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree and is an active leader in the Erie community through entrepreneurship education, nonprofit service, and advocacy. Whether she's mentoring a new entrepreneur or supporting an established business owner, her goal is to equip clients with the knowledge, encouragement, and tools they need to build businesses that create lasting impact.
