Jeff brings decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to Paramount Pursuits. He holds a degree in Executive Management from the University of Pittsburgh. Over 35 years, he ran his family's fastener distribution business, growing it steadily, adopting a continuous improvement model, and building a strong culture of growth.

Jeff also has experience raising capital and scaling technology ventures. He helped launch a network security company through venture funding and built its engineering and sales team. He later automated operations at a windshield wiper distribution company.

His mother encouraged him early in life to pursue his potential, and that belief still shapes how he leads today. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing, fishing, and tending his yard. Family, integrity, and close friendships matter most to him.
