Rick is often the first person entrepreneurs meet at Paramount Pursuits. He holds a degree from Robert Morris University and has held management roles in retail, along with financial operations experience in prior businesses.

As Director, Rick guides entrepreneurs with care, clarity, and a genuine belief in their potential. His people-first approach makes everyone feel welcome and supported.

When he's not working, Rick recharges through golf, bowling, hiking, and biking. He's a music lover at heart, and his energy and organization make him a steady presence on the team.
